We’re searching for a Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in a primary setting. You’ll be there for the tricky moments, the triumphs, and everything in between.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils with SEND (e.g. autism, ADHD, SEMH) 1:1 or in small groups

Creating clear routines and safe, positive spaces

Working hand-in-hand with teachers, SENCOs, and families

Making sure every pupil feels seen and supported
What we’re looking for:

Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)

SEND experience or a strong interest in inclusive education
-
Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm when things get lively

An active DBS (or happy to apply with us)
