The Role:
As a Level 3 TA, you’ll be a classroom hero — helping teachers, supporting students, and sprinkling positivity wherever you go. From phonics to fractions, reading groups to recess duty, you'll be a trusted sidekick in the day-to-day magic of learning.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting students in lessons and around school — helping them reach their full potential
- Working with small groups or one-to-one to give that extra bit of TLC ✨
- Prepping learning resources like a pro ️
- Keeping track of progress and high-fiving wins
- Bringing the vibes to lunchtimes, playtimes, and everything in between
- Being a calm, positive presence when things get a little wobbly
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in schools (even better if you’ve been in a classroom jungle before )
- Brilliant communication and a knack for building great relationships
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for working with children
- A proactive, can-do attitude — no day is ever the same, and we like it that way!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
