The Role:

As a Level 3 TA, you’ll be a classroom hero — helping teachers, supporting students, and sprinkling positivity wherever you go. From phonics to fractions, reading groups to recess duty, you'll be a trusted sidekick in the day-to-day magic of learning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting students in lessons and around school — helping them reach their full potential
  • Working with small groups or one-to-one to give that extra bit of TLC ✨
  • Prepping learning resources like a pro ️
  • Keeping track of progress and high-fiving wins
  • Bringing the vibes to lunchtimes, playtimes, and everything in between
  • Being a calm, positive presence when things get a little wobbly

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in schools (even better if you’ve been in a classroom jungle before )
  • Brilliant communication and a knack for building great relationships
  • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for working with children
  • A proactive, can-do attitude — no day is ever the same, and we like it that way!
