Are you a dedicated and experienced Level 3 Early Years Educator who is passionate about providing exceptional care and early childhood education to young children? If so, keep on reading! Protocol Education are seeking an enthusiastic and caring professional to join a nursery setting central Cambridge.
The Role:
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 3 months - 5 years.
- Planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons to support early learning and development.
- Observing and assessing children's progress and communicating with parents/guardians on their development.
- Providing personal care, including feeding, changing nappies and hygiene routines.
- Promoting positive behavior and emotional well-being in all children.
- Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic and child-centered approach.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports related to child development and well-being.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent (eg NVQ Level 3 Diploma)
- Previous experience in a nursery or early childhood education setting.
- A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices in childcare.
- A commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
