What the role includes:

  • Supporting the class teacher across all key stages

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost pupil progress

  • Supporting children with additional needs and EHCPs

  • Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment

  • Assisting with classroom prep, behaviour management, and learning support

Who we’re looking for:

  • A Level 2 TA qualification (or working towards it)

  • Experience working with primary-aged children

  • A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude

  • Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs

  • A team player who’s happy to roll their sleeves up
