What the role includes:

Supporting the class teacher across all key stages

Working 1:1 or in small groups to boost pupil progress

Supporting children with additional needs and EHCPs

Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment

Assisting with classroom prep, behaviour management, and learning support
Who we’re looking for:

A Level 2 TA qualification (or working towards it)

Experience working with primary-aged children

A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude

Confidence supporting pupils with a range of learning needs

A team player who’s happy to roll their sleeves up
