A lovely private nursery in Sheffield is on the lookout for a nurturing, energetic Early Years Practitioner to join their team. If you’ve got your Level 2 qualification and a knack for making playtime feel like magic, this could be your perfect next step.
We’re looking for someone who can spark curiosity, build confidence, and turn everyday moments into joyful learning experiences.
What you'll be doing:

Leading fun, imaginative activities that help little ones explore and grow

Encouraging social interaction through play and storytelling
-
Using colour, sound, and creativity to make learning stick
-
Helping children recognise letters, numbers, and familiar objects
-
Ensuring children are safely collected at the end of each day
-
Keeping play areas safe, welcoming, and engaging
-
Staying up to date with EYFS trends and techniques
-
Working with families to celebrate progress and navigate challenges
What we’re looking for:

A Level 2 Early Years qualification (Level 3? Even better!)

Experience in a nursery or early years setting
-
A warm, patient, and proactive approach
-
A love for early years development and helping children thrive
