Are you an experienced Learning Support Assistant ready to take on a new challenge?
We’re working with a supportive primary school in Bradford who are looking for a skilled and confident LSA to join their Year 5 team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your classroom experience to work and help pupils thrive as they prepare for the transition into upper Key Stage 2.
Your role will include:

Providing dedicated support to pupils in a Year 5 class, including 1:1 and small group work

Helping children to stay engaged, motivated, and progressing in their learning

Supporting the class teacher with classroom routines and resource preparation

Using your experience to manage behaviour positively and effectively
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience working in a primary school (Year 5 or upper KS2 preferred)

Strong understanding of how to support pupils’ academic and emotional needs

Excellent behaviour management skills

A positive, patient, and proactive approach to learning support
