Your Role:
- Provide tailored support to pupils with SEND, SEMH or learning difficulties
- Work alongside class teachers to adapt materials and resources
- Foster independence and confidence in pupils through patient, consistent support
- Support behaviour strategies and encourage positive classroom routines
- Keep clear records of progress and contribute to EHCP reviews where needed
- Help create an engaging, safe, and structured learning environment
About You:
- Experience working with children or young people (ideally in schools, youth work, or SEN settings)
- Passionate about supporting students with additional needs
- Confident working 1:1 and in small group interventions
- Resilient, empathetic, and adaptable – every day is different!
- Level 2 or 3 TA qualification (desirable, not essential)
- Team player with a can-do attitude and a calm, nurturing approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
