Teaching Assistant – Bradford

Do you have a knack for keeping classrooms calm, organised, and full of positive energy? We’re looking for a Teaching Assistant in Bradford who knows just how important support staff are to making schools tick.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access learning
  • Supporting teachers with daily classroom routines
  • Bringing patience, creativity, and kindness to every lesson
  • Helping create a safe and structured environment where children can thrive

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children (school-based or similar)
  • A calm, positive approach (because sometimes classrooms get a little lively!)
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine care for helping young people succeed
  • SEND experience is a bonus but not essential
