Protocol Education is looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team, working across a variety of schools in Bristol. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to support children on a 1:1 basis, work with small groups, and provide valuable general classroom support.

The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
✅ Provide 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs
✅ Assist small groups with targeted learning activities
✅ Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom responsibilities
✅ Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
✅ Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working with children or young people (formal or informal)

  • A calm, patient, and nurturing approach

  • Passion for education and supporting children’s development

  • Ability to adapt to different schools and settings

  • A DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
