We’re looking for Learning Support Assistants across South Bristol, working in settings that range from busy nurseries to focused 1:1 roles with Year 6 pupils. Whether you thrive in the hum of early years or love seeing a pupil flourish with personalised support, we’ll help you find your perfect match.
What’s the job?

Support learning across EYFS to KS2 (yep, you could go from story time to SATs prep)

Work 1:1 or in small groups, adapting to children’s needs

Build great relationships with teachers and SENCOs

Create safe, supportive spaces where every child can succeed
