Learning Support Assistant – South Bristol

We’re looking for Learning Support Assistants across South Bristol, working in settings that range from busy nurseries to focused 1:1 roles with Year 6 pupils. Whether you thrive in the hum of early years or love seeing a pupil flourish with personalised support, we’ll help you find your perfect match.

What’s the job?

  • Support learning across EYFS to KS2 (yep, you could go from story time to SATs prep)

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups, adapting to children’s needs

  • Build great relationships with teachers and SENCOs

  • Create safe, supportive spaces where every child can succeed
