We’re working with a welcoming primary school in Batley who are looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their Year 3 team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom while being part of a supportive and friendly school environment.

Your role will include:

  • ‍ Supporting the Year 3 teacher with learning activities and classroom routines

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need an extra boost

  • Encouraging positive behaviour and helping children build confidence

  • Assisting with resource preparation and classroom organisation

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with primary-aged children (school, childcare, or similar)

  • A patient, positive, and proactive approach to learning support

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
