We’re looking for enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our team in secondary schools across South Gloucestershire. If you’ve been thinking about a career in education, or you simply want hands-on classroom experience, this role is the perfect starting point.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teachers in creating positive, engaging lessons

  • Helping students who need extra guidance to stay on track

  • Providing 1:1 and small group support where needed

  • Building relationships that make a real difference to young people

What we’re looking for:

  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

  • Previous experience with children (in schools, youth work, or similar) is a bonus, but not essential

  • A calm, positive approach and willingness to learn

  • Reliability, flexibility and enthusiasm
