What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support for pupils with additional learning needs
  • Helping children engage with lessons and build confidence in their abilities
  • Supporting classroom routines and behaviour strategies
  • Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff

  • Experience working with children or young people (school or community settings)
  • A patient, positive, and adaptable approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
