We’re on the lookout for a superstar SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a fantastic school in the Romford area. If you’ve got experience supporting children with special educational needs, and a good sense of humour, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

Support – One-to-one with students who need an extra hand.

Assist – Help implement personalised education plans that actually work.

Engage – Keep lessons running smoothly, helping students feel included and confident.

De-escalate – Handle tricky moments with a cool head and warm heart.

Communicate – Keep everyone in the loop: parents, teachers, and your consultant.

Nurture – Build trust, routine, and smiles in a space where every child feels safe.
What you’ll need:

Right to work in the UK

A valid or pending DBS (we can help with that!)

Experience working with children with additional needs

Patience, empathy, and a real love for making a difference

A flexible, can-do attitude—you’re not fazed by the unexpected

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
