  • Creating Belonging – Helping students feel valued and included in every classroom moment.

This isn’t just a role—it’s a step on your professional journey.
You’ll have access to free CPD-accredited training, including SEN strategies, behaviour management, and our sought-after Thrive Approach. Whether you’re aiming to become a SEND specialist or a future teacher, we’ll help you build your path.

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • An understanding of different learning styles and behaviour strategies

  • A valid DBS or willingness to apply for one
