Are you looking for a rewarding school-based role in Reigate? We’re recruiting Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join local primary and secondary schools this September. As an LSA, you’ll be helping children with additional learning needs to thrive—academically, socially, and emotionally.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEND or additional needs
- Helping children engage with lessons, develop confidence, and achieve their goals
- Supporting classroom routines, learning activities, and positive behaviour strategies
- Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to deliver tailored support
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people (in schools, tutoring, childcare, or youth work)
- A patient, adaptable, and supportive approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships quickly
- A genuine interest in education and supporting pupils with SEND
