We’re looking for an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming Special Educational Needs school in Lewisham. This is a full-time, long-term role where you’ll work closely with pupils who need that extra bit of support—whether that’s 1:1, in small groups, or simply being that steady presence in the classroom.
What the role involves:
- Providing tailored support to children with additional needs, including SEND
- Working alongside teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting emotional regulation, classroom routines, and confidence building
- Being a key contact for parents and part of a genuinely supportive school community
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant (especially in SEND settings)
- A patient, adaptable, and kind approach
- Someone who can build strong relationships and make a real difference to a child’s school day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
