We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Learning Assistant to join a friendly KS1 team. You'll provide tailored support to help a child succeed both academically and emotionally, building strong foundations in learning and confidence during these crucial years.
Role Details

Contract: Full-time, term-time only (1-year fixed term, strong potential for renewal)

Hours: 34.5 per week (8.15am - 3.30pm, term time only)

Weeks: 35 per year

Salary: £17,755 pro rata (FTE £24,921)

In this role, you will:

Work closely with a child in EYFS, providing tailored 1:1 support
-
Collaborate with the EYFS team and SENCo to deliver inclusive learning experiences

Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth

Support the child in developing confidence, independence, and essential early skills
We're looking for someone who is:

Qualified to Early Years Educator Level 3 or equivalent (essential)

Passionate about working with young children in a 1:1 support role

Kind, patient, and nurturing with strong teamwork and communication skills

Organised, flexible, and creative in responding to individual learning needs

Knowledgeable about safeguarding and committed to pupil wellbeing
