Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for teaching and learning activities across Key Stage 2 (ages 7-11)

Work closely with individual students and small groups to enhance their confidence and academic progress

Assist the class teacher with lesson planning, preparation, and maintaining an organised classroom environment

Promote curiosity, independence, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning in every pupil
What We Expect From You:

Previous experience supporting Key Stage 2 pupils or working in a comparable educational role

Excellent communication skills combined with a patient and positive demeanor

Ability to develop strong, supportive connections with students, colleagues, and parents
