The Role:

Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons aligned with the KS1 curriculum.

Create a calm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom where children feel safe and supported.

Tailor teaching to meet the diverse needs of your pupils and track their progress closely.

Contribute to year group planning, staff meetings, and school-wide initiatives.

Work in close partnership with support staff, SLT, and parents/carers to ensure every pupil succeeds.
About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with recent experience or training in KS1.

Confident in delivering phonics, early literacy, and numeracy to 5–7-year-olds.

A warm, calm presence who can build strong relationships and maintain effective behaviour management.

Organised, reflective, and always looking for ways to improve your practice.
