Job Title: Primary Intervention TA – Help Them Catch Up and Fly
Location: Bristol
Salary: £89–£95 per day
Contract: Full-time, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2025
Helping pupils go from “I can’t” to “I DID IT!”? That’s your thing. We’re working with a central Bristol school in need of a TA to run targeted interventions in literacy and numeracy.
What you’ll do:

Run small group sessions for pupils needing extra support

Use games, stories, and strategies to boost skills and confidence

Track progress and celebrate every win, big or small
You’ll need:

Experience delivering learning support or interventions
-
A good grasp of phonics and KS1/2 numeracy

A positive mindset and a big dose of empathy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
