Humanities Teacher – History & Geography That Sticks

We’re looking for a passionate Humanities Teacher to deliver engaging lessons in History and/or Geography at a welcoming secondary school in Barnet this September.

Whether you’re bringing medieval monarchs to life or exploring the impacts of climate change, you’ll help students see how the world—past and present—affects their future.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Teach Humanities across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 optional)

  • Plan creative, inclusive lessons that spark discussion and curiosity

  • Help students develop analytical, critical thinking, and research skills

  • Contribute to department trips, clubs, and enrichment activities

  • Hold QTS and have experience teaching Humanities subjects in UK secondary schools
