Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Hounslow

Primary Schools | Full-Time | Term Time Only | £90–£110 per day (PAYE)

Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for a new opportunity in a welcoming Hounslow primary school?

We are currently recruiting for dedicated and experienced Level 3 TAs to support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in mainstream and SEND settings. If you're passionate about helping children thrive and want to join a committed school team, we’d love to hear from you!


Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and learning support

  • Providing 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to pupil needs

  • Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL, and additional needs

  • Preparing and organising classroom resources

  • Monitoring progress and feeding back to the teacher/SENCO

  • Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

  • Assisting with classroom management and behaviour strategies


What We’re Looking For:

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent – CACHE, NCFE, etc.)

  • Previous experience in a primary school setting

  • Confident supporting SEND pupils

  • Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills

  • A caring, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
