Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Hounslow
Primary Schools | Full-Time | Term Time Only | £90–£110 per day (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for dedicated and experienced Level 3 TAs to support learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in mainstream and SEND settings. If you're passionate about helping children thrive and want to join a committed school team, we’d love to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Working closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons and learning support

Providing 1:1 and small group interventions tailored to pupil needs
-
Supporting pupils with SEN, EAL, and additional needs
-
Preparing and organising classroom resources
-
Monitoring progress and feeding back to the teacher/SENCO
-
Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

Assisting with classroom management and behaviour strategies
What We’re Looking For:
-
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent – CACHE, NCFE, etc.)
-
Previous experience in a primary school setting
-
Confident supporting SEND pupils
-
Strong literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
-
A caring, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting children
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
