HLTA – Grays, Essex | Full-time or Part-time
Start Date: September 2025
Pay: £95–£115 per day (depending on experience)

Looking for a role where your hard work’s recognised, your voice matters, and no two days feel the same?

We’re working with a lovely primary school in Grays who are on the lookout for a brilliant HLTA to join their team this September. They’re open to full-time or part-time hours—so whether you want five days or fewer, they’re ready to be flexible for the right person.

You’ll love this role if you:

  • Are a qualified HLTA (or have solid classroom experience to match)

  • Know your phonics from your fronted adverbials

  • Are happy supporting across the school—small groups, interventions, whole-class cover

  • Bring energy, empathy, and a big heart to school each day

  • Want to feel like a real part of the team, not just an extra pair of hands

✨ The school offers:

  • A genuinely supportive SLT who listen (and mean it)

  • Ongoing CPD and training that fits around your schedule

  • A calm, nurturing environment with staff who’ve each other’s backs

  • Pupils who are curious, kind, and full of character

Bonus points if you’ve got:

  • SEN experience

  • Thrive training (or are up for doing it – we’ll cover the cost!)
