We’re working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Haringey that’s on the lookout for a brilliant HLTA to support across both Key Stage 1 and 2. This isn’t just any support role—it’s a chance to lead learning, guide young minds, and become the kind of educator kids remember (for all the right reasons).
What you’ll be doing:

Leading small group interventions and stepping in for whole-class teaching when needed

Supporting teachers with planning, prep and smooth classroom routines

Getting stuck into phonics, maths, topic—and everything in between

Helping to create a calm, structured and engaging learning environment
What we’re looking for:

A qualified HLTA or experienced TA ready to step up

Confident leading lessons and adapting to different year groups

Someone flexible, warm, and ready to be part of a supportive team
