The Role:

They are looking for a passionate and skilled History Teacher to join their team. The successful candidate will bring history to life for students, encouraging them to explore the past with enthusiasm and insight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging history lessons across [Key Stage 3/4/5 or relevant].

  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

  • Assess student work and provide timely feedback.

  • Contribute to curriculum development and school events.

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and support the wider school community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

  • Experience teaching history 

  • Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Commitment to student development and wellbeing.
