We’re supporting schools across Barnsley looking for experienced HLTAs to help bridge the gap between teaching and support. Whether you’re covering classes, delivering interventions, or working 1:1, your work will have real impact.

Your role will include:

  • Taking the lead in the classroom when teachers are away

  • Running booster groups and tailored interventions

  • Supporting children with SEND or EAL

  • Being a go-to adult for pupils who need consistency
