We are seeking a confident and capable Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a warm and inclusive one-form entry primary school in Wolverhampton. This is a full-time, term-time role—ideal for a dedicated HLTA who is ready to make a meaningful impact in the classroom.

The role will involve:

Delivering small group and whole-class sessions with clarity and confidence

Supporting high-quality teaching and learning across KS1 and KS2

Working collaboratively with teaching staff to plan, deliver, and assess learning

Fostering pupil progress—both academically and personally

Contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture built on respect and aspiration

HLTA status or a relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Proven primary classroom experience
