As a key member of the team, you’ll:

Provide high-quality classroom support and confidently lead small group or whole-class sessions

What You’ll Need:
Essential:

HLTA qualification or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

Prior experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school

Confidence leading lessons and managing classroom dynamics

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A sound understanding of inclusive practices and child development
Desirable:

Additional qualifications related to education or special educational needs
