Are you a passionate and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) ready to bring your energy and expertise to a warm, inclusive primary school? Protocol Education is excited to be working in partnership with a vibrant one-form entry school in Wolverhampton, currently seeking a dedicated HLTA to join their supportive team.

✨ Your Role:

As a key member of the team, you’ll:

  • Provide high-quality classroom support and confidently lead small group or whole-class sessions

  • Set high expectations to inspire academic and personal growth in pupils

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, staff, and parents

  • Work collaboratively to uphold the school’s inclusive, team-first environment

  • Create a vibrant, engaging space where all learners feel motivated and supported


What You’ll Need:

Essential:

  • HLTA qualification or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification

  • Prior experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school

  • Confidence leading lessons and managing classroom dynamics

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • A sound understanding of inclusive practices and child development

Desirable:

  • Additional qualifications related to education or special educational needs


Position Details:

  • Full-time contract role

  • Based on the school’s term-time schedule
