We’re looking for an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming primary school in Keighley, supporting Key Stage 2 pupils. This role is perfect for someone ready to take on extra responsibility, lead learning, and be a valued part of the teaching team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Delivering small group and whole-class sessions in KS2

  • Supporting teachers with planning, preparation and assessment

  • Providing targeted interventions in English and maths

  • Building strong relationships with pupils to boost confidence and progress

  • Contributing to behaviour management and a positive learning environment

What we’re looking for

  • HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Strong KS2 curriculum knowledge

  • Confidence leading groups and covering lessons when needed

  • A proactive, flexible and supportive approach

  • Someone who thrives on seeing pupils grow and succeed
