What you’ll be doing:

Leading small group interventions and supporting whole-class learning

Covering lessons when teachers are absent (no last-minute panic—we’ll help you prepare)

Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning

Supporting pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4 to stay on track and achieve their best
What we’re looking for:

Experience working in secondary schools (HLTA qualification is a bonus, but strong TA experience with a step-up mindset is welcome)

Confidence to lead groups and occasionally take the whole class

Strong behaviour management and communication skills
-
A positive, can-do approach to supporting young people

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
