We’re looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in Leeds to bring energy, expertise, and a steady pair of hands to a welcoming mainstream school. What you’ll be doing:

Delivering targeted support to students with a variety of learning needs

Assisting teachers with planning and implementing effective learning strategies

Leading small group sessions and stepping in with 1:1 interventions when needed

Supporting the assessment of student progress and development
What we’re looking for:

Experience in a teaching assistant or educational support role (ideally 2+ years)

Someone confident working independently and as part of a team
-
Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving approach

A degree or equivalent childcare qualification
-
A resilient, caring individual who’s ready to take on a higher-level role
