Do you have a passion for helping children with special educational needs thrive? A welcoming primary school in Harrow is on the lookout for a full-time Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team and make a real impact every day.

What you'll be doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
Helping children build confidence, independence, and social skills
Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

✔ Previous experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech & language, etc.)
✔ A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
