Protocol Education is working with a welcoming school that’s on the lookout for a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting teachers in delivering dynamic, engaging lessons.
- Working 1:1 or in small groups with students who need a little extra help.
- Helping prep resources and get classrooms lesson-ready.
- Encouraging students to thrive – academically and personally.
- Tracking progress and sharing insights with teaching staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- A recent graduate with energy, enthusiasm and a love for learning.
- Great communicator and team player.
- Experience working with young people (volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, it all counts!)
- Adaptable, proactive and eager to get stuck in.
- Considering a career in teaching, SEN or education more broadly.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
