About The Role:

  • Work alongside experienced teachers to support the learning and development of primary school students.

  • Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and individual or group activities.

  • Provide one-on-one support for students who require additional help, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum effectively.

  • Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and well-being.

  • Support students with literacy, numeracy, and foundational skills through interactive and engaging activities.

  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers.


About You:

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in any discipline (education or child development-related degree is a plus).

  • Is passionate about working with children and supporting their learning journey.

  • Demonstrates patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in the classroom.

  • Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

  • Is eager to learn and develop professionally, with aspirations to pursue a career in education.

  • Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential.
