About The Role:

Work alongside experienced teachers to support the learning and development of primary school students.

Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and individual or group activities.

Provide one-on-one support for students who require additional help, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum effectively.

Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment, encouraging student participation and well-being.

Support students with literacy, numeracy, and foundational skills through interactive and engaging activities.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers.
About You:
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in any discipline (education or child development-related degree is a plus).

Is passionate about working with children and supporting their learning journey.

Demonstrates patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude in the classroom.

Has strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Is eager to learn and develop professionally, with aspirations to pursue a career in education.

Previous experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
