What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils and teachers to support learning and wellbeing across the school day. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing one-on-one and small group support

  • Helping to explain key concepts and boost understanding

  • Encouraging participation and helping pupils stay engaged in lessons

  • Supporting social, emotional, and behavioural development
