We’re supporting a specialist school in Northumberland that works with children and young people with autism and additional needs. Salary: £480–£520 per week (PAYE – no umbrella fees)
Contract: Full-time | Long-Term | Term-time only

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate SEN Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work closely with pupils who learn in different ways—supporting them with communication, confidence, and daily routines. You’ll celebrate their wins (no matter how small) and be there to help them face their challenges with patience and positivity.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • One-to-one or small group support for pupils with autism and SEND

  • Helping children develop independence, emotional regulation, and communication

  • Working closely with teachers, therapists, and families to tailor support

  • Encouraging engagement and celebrating progress in all its forms
