‍ What You’ll Be Doing:

We work with schools across the region to place graduates into a variety of roles that could include:

  • Supporting learning as a Teaching Assistant in EYFS, KS1, KS2, or secondary classrooms

  • Stepping up as a Cover Supervisor, leading lessons when teachers are absent

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support as a SEN or Behaviour Mentor

  • Helping to plan activities, prep resources, or lead enrichment sessions (think sport, music, or drama)

You’ll be part of a supportive school team and get the chance to see what teaching is really like—before deciding if it’s your future career path.


Who We're Looking For:

No teaching experience? That’s completely fine. We’re looking for:

✔️ A degree in any subject
✔️ Strong communication and people skills
✔️ A positive, proactive attitude
✔️ A genuine passion for working with children or young people
✔️ A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply—we’ll guide you)
