This is a unique, paid pathway to achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), with no tuition fees and hands-on classroom experience from day one.

About The Role:
As a Graduate Apprentice Teacher, you will:
- Work alongside experienced educators to deliver engaging lessons across your chosen subject area.
- Develop lesson plans, assessment strategies, and classroom management skills.
- Observe and participate in high-quality classroom instruction from the start.
- Receive structured support and regular feedback from dedicated mentors.
- Undertake professional studies and assessments with an ITT provider, primarily delivered online to maximise in-school experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- A degree in your chosen subject area from a UK higher education provider (or recognised equivalent).
- An A-Level qualification (or equivalent) in your preferred subject area.
- GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above.
- A genuine passion for teaching and the drive to inspire young minds.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
