Are you a passionate and knowledgeable Geography teacher ready to make a difference? Protocol Education is working in partnership with a thriving secondary school in Leeds that is entering an exciting phase of growth and development. We are seeking a talented Teacher of Geography to join their dedicated Humanities team.

This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants, and the school welcomes applications from ECTs and subject specialists looking to begin or develop their teaching careers.

About the Role:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3–5

  • Teach within a supportive and experienced department of three Geography teachers

  • Play an active role in the school’s extensive enrichment programme

  • Contribute to the wider Humanities curriculum and occasionally teach outside of Geography

  • Unqualified teachers are welcome to apply – planning is not required for unqualified staff

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Be a qualified teacher of Geography or a strong subject specialist

  • Be committed to high-quality teaching and learning

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and classroom management skills

  • Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication to the department

  • ECTs will benefit from a well-established support and induction programme

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
