Whether you want flexible daily supply or a longer-term role, we’ll match you with schools that fit your style, schedule, and strengths.

This is perfect if you’re an experienced teacher looking for balance, or an ECT eager to build confidence and relationships with schools. You’ll deliver engaging pre-planned Geography, manage classrooms with warmth and consistency, and leave a lasting impression - even when you’re just there for the day. • Managing behaviour with calm confidence and a positive approach
• Supporting students’ progress while maintaining a professional, approachable style
• Feeding back to permanent staff to ensure continuity

What we’re looking for:
• UK QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching Geography in UK secondary schools
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a good sense of humour (essential in supply!)
• A positive, reliable, and professional approach

Why join Protocol?

• Guaranteed work agreements for consistent income
• FREE CPD training including Team Teach + Thrive (supporting student wellbeing)
• Social events like bowling and pizza nights
• Termly awards celebrating our brilliant educators
• Ongoing, friendly support from a consultant who knows your patch
• £50 bonus when you refer a teacher or TA

We’ve got schools ready and waiting for Geography teachers who can step in and inspire. Whether you want two days a week or full-time work, we’ll find the right classrooms for you.
