Protocol Education is looking for enthusiastic, caring individuals to join us as Teaching Assistants in primary schools. This role is perfect for gap year students who want to build skills, gain insight into education, and support young learners before university or their next adventure.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
  • Help children stay focused and engaged during lessons
  • Work with individuals or small groups to support learning
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun classroom environment

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Passionate about working with children and eager to learn
  • Reliable, patient, and adaptable to different classroom settings
  • Experience working with children is great but not essential—enthusiasm matters most!
  • DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply through us

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
