SEND Teaching Assistant – Greenwich

We’re helping a fantastic school find a SEND Teaching Assistant to join their team full-time from September. You’ll be supporting students with additional needs—mostly Autism, ADHD and communication difficulties—in a school that really values teamwork and tailored support.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups to boost focus and confidence
- Helping manage routines, emotions and classroom transitions
- Working closely with the SENCO and teaching staff to personalise support
- Encouraging every little step forward (because they all count)

- Experience supporting children or young adults with SEND
- A calm, positive communicator with patience in bucketloads
- Someone proactive and kind who knows how to build trust

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
