Pay: £90 - £110 per day (PAYE, no umbrella faff)

We’re looking for a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a high-needs SEN school where every day is unique, rewarding, and filled with opportunities to change lives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with complex needs, both 1:1 and in small groups
- Working closely with teachers, therapists, and SENCOs to create safe and structured learning environments
- Using patience, creativity, and consistency to help pupils access learning and build confidence
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND (autism, ADHD, PMLD, SEMH, or similar)
- A positive, resilient approach with great communication skills
- Someone who can stay calm in a storm and bring out the best in every child

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
