Full-Time Behavioural Support Worker Needed!

I am working alongside a fantastic school in the London Borough of Bromley. This school supports students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs with associated Challenging Behaviour. We are looking for a confident, outgoing and driven individual to work with the students both inside and outside of the classroom. You will be required to support the students with their social development and academic improvement whilst promoting positive behaviour.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Pay rate: £350 - £450 per week

The successful candidate will:

  • Have the relevant childcare experience (working within a school, nursery, childcare group etc…)
  • Have the relevant SEND experience
  • Be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check that must be on the update service

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
