Salary: £100–£140 per day (depending on experience and role)

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and improve pupil attendance

Provide one-to-one or small group pastoral support

Assist with safeguarding and early intervention strategies

Liaise with families, external agencies, and internal staff to promote wellbeing

Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding reports
What We’re Looking For

Experience as a social worker or in a similar safeguarding/wellbeing capacity

Understanding of safeguarding policies and procedures

Confident communicator who can build trust with students, staff, and families

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
