Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers

Salary: £120 - £200 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students based on the provided curriculum
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to support their development
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage students
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
- Prior experience teaching in a classroom setting
- Experience working with students of various ages and backgrounds
Knowledge and Skills:
- Thorough understanding of the national curriculum
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Proficient in classroom management techniques
Preferred Qualifications:
- Additional teaching certifications or specialisations
- Experience with remote or online teaching platforms
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with flexible working hours
- Work primarily in a classroom setting
- Potential for travel between schools within the East of England region
- Collaboration with school staff and participation in professional development activities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
