Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers
Location: East of England, Essex, Chelmsford
Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Salary: £120 - £200 Per day
Job Duties:
- Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across various age groups
- Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students
- Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
- Follow the curriculum guidelines and lesson plans provided by the school
- Provide constructive feedback to students and support their learning and development
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall educational experience
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Enhanced DBS check
- Right to work in the UK
Education:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
- Previous experience as a teacher in a school setting
- Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong classroom management abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Good understanding of the national curriculum
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
- Work primarily during school hours
- Potential requirement to cover classes at short notice
- Opportunity to work in various schools within the East of England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
