Job Title: Flexible Supply Teachers

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours

Job Duties:

  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching sessions to students across various age groups
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students
  • Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment
  • Follow the curriculum guidelines and lesson plans provided by the school
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and support their learning and development
  • Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to enhance the overall educational experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Relevant teaching qualification
  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Right to work in the UK

Education:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a teacher in a school setting
  • Experience working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong classroom management abilities
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
  • Good understanding of the national curriculum

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Education
  • Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN)

Working Conditions:

  • Work primarily during school hours
  • Potential requirement to cover classes at short notice
  • Opportunity to work in various schools within the East of England region

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
