Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching methodologies
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Adaptability and the ability to quickly build rapport with students
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fostering a love for learning and supporting student development
Responsibilities:
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups and subjects
- Engage and motivate students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes and student abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to maintain continuity in students' learning
- Follow school policies and procedures during your assignments
- Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment
- Build positive relationships with students and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
