Seconday Supply Teacher's needed for Cambridgeshire & Suffolk.

Are you a flexible and dedicated Secondary Teacher seeking a diverse and rewarding role? We are currently recruiting for a Secondary Supply Teacher to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a variety of classrooms, make a positive impact on students' education, and enjoy a flexible schedule.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and teaching methodologies
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to quickly build rapport with students
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for fostering a love for learning and supporting student development

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups and subjects
  • Engage and motivate students, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different classes and student abilities
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to maintain continuity in students' learning
  • Follow school policies and procedures during your assignments
  • Manage classroom behavior and ensure a safe learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with students and staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
