Position: EYFS Class Teacher

Salary: Day rate per day dependant on experience (PAYE – no umbrella companies)
Protocol Education is currently working with a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Enfield to recruit an enthusiastic EYFS teacher from September 2025.

Your Role:
- Deliver high-quality teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Plan and deliver purposeful, engaging learning opportunities in line with EYFS framework
- Support children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Maintain close partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
- Promote a safe, welcoming classroom environment where every child can thrive
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Holds UK QTS and experience in an EYFS or Nursery setting
- Confident with early phonics, child-led learning, and baseline assessment
- Brings warmth, creativity, and a calm, consistent approach
- Committed to inclusive, pupil-centred learning
- Strong communicator and collaborative team member
